These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Brightora Cleaning Services website and the provision of cleaning services by Brightora Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Brightora Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- End of Lease Cleaning
- General Residential Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Commercial Cleaning
All services are provided according to the agreed scope of work confirmed at the time of booking or quotation.
2. Bookings and Quotations
- Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or social media.
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change if the scope of work differs on site.
- Any additional services requested on the day may incur extra charges.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking (before or upon completion of service).
- We reserve the right to withhold completion reports or re-cleans until payment is received.
- Late payments may result in additional fees.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, or access issues.
5. Access to Property
The customer agrees to:
- Provide safe and timely access to the property
- Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available
- Secure pets prior to the cleaning service
Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Bond Back Guarantee (End of Lease Cleaning)
Brightora Cleaning Services offers a Bond Back Guarantee for end-of-lease cleaning, subject to the following conditions:
- The property must be cleaned according to the real estate or property manager’s checklist.
- Any re-clean requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the original service.
- Re-cleans will only cover areas included in the original scope of work.
- The guarantee does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage
- Permanent stains or wear and tear
- Items not included in the original booking
- External areas unless specified
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must disclose:
- Pre-existing damage or fragile items
- Heavy staining, mould, or biohazards
- Any conditions that may affect service delivery
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or were not disclosed.
8. Damages and Liability
- Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Health and Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where health or safety risks are present.
- This includes hazardous materials, aggressive animals, or unsafe environments.
10. Website Use
- Content on this website is for general information only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without our permission.
- We do not guarantee the website will always be available or error-free.
11. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
